Fair Oaks Ranch Country Club

FAIR OAKS RANCH COUNTRY CLUB | FAIR OAKS RANCH, TEXAS

Ralph Fair meets Ralph Lauren, as we like to say about this renovation! This Texas Hill Country property began as a ranch, owned by Ralph E. Fair Sr., in the 1930’s. Mr. Fair was known for his racehorses and his Hereford cattle operation. After the passing of Mr. Fair and his wife, his family developed the property into a residential community and the historic ranch home was converted to a clubhouse in 1978. This home held a wonderful legacy of the Fair family, but had many operational challenges as a Golf & Country Club. We were able to be a part of this large restoration project, as we reimagined the main clubhouse to hold many new dining areas, a large bar, new restrooms, a refreshed lobby space, and a new golf pro shop. We also renovated an underutilized event building to become a state-of-the-art fitness facility for the Fair Oaks Ranch members. We are thrilled with the outcome of this renovation project, and how these new spaces honor the history of the property. There is a wonderful equestrian nod throughout the spaces, and we had the privilege of creating a custom hair-on-hide art installation that displays Ralph Fair Sr. and his famous “Battle Intense” Hereford bull overlooking the golf greens. May the members enjoy this restored Americana Texas ranch property for many years to come!
